As the earth totters
When the earth totters, and all its inhabitants, it is I who keep steady its pillars. Psalm 75:3 ESV Civil war. Religious conflict. Global warming (or cooling). Racial tensions. Refugee crises. Famine and drought. We are overwhelmed by reports of human suffering and ecological meltdowns. Let's remember that the One who " holds all things together by the Word of his Power " is Christ himself (Col.1:17). The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. Hebrews 1:3
